### Steps to reproduce
Sometimes, when the use tries to start the call from Element X (iOS). Sometimes it shows "Call is not supported ... MISSING_MATRIX_RTC_FOCUS".
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
The call to start.
#### What happened instead?
The call didn't start.
But then it does, on itself - after the user tries again.
