'End call' button / option is needed

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?

Start the call on the non stable connection. The connection got stuck and you only have join the call button, which doesn't actually work.
So the users can't connect anymore.

2. What do you click?

Regular start the call buttons.

#### What did you expect?

I would expect code to capture call hanging, but as it seems like not always obvious + sometimes users might need just to finish the call, I would expect to have both 'End call' and 'Join' buttons, like Element Classic offered / did.

#### What happened instead?

The call hangs, leaving users without any ability to talk.

I can't send the logs - because I have never had it happening, but users - did; gathering the immediate logs from the app is far from obvious though...
