EC SPA gives up too fast when reconnecting.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Use EC SPA within EXI
2. Lose connectivity
3. App says "reconnecting..."
4. After about 10s it gives up entirely, giving you a manual "Reconnect" button to press
5. Nothing happens when you press the button (due to bad connectivity)
6. Eventually it coughs up a weird "OpenID Auth Error"
7. Have to exit the SPA and rejoin it to continue.

#### What did you expect?

Just keep trying to reconnect automatically. Don't kick me into some intermediary view where the reconnect button provides no feedback and doesn't work.
