Can't rageshake on EC embedded in EXI properly as keyboard is hidden

### Steps to reproduce

1. Try to rageshake on EC embedded in EXI
2. Tap the textarea box to submit a report
3. Keyboard appears, pushing the textarea off the top of the screen so you can't see what you're typing
4. Scroll down so you can see what you're typing
5. Keyboard disappears
6. Tap the text area to keep typing
7. GOTO 3

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

To be able to see what i'm typing when I submit a rageshake in EC-in-EXI.

#### What happened instead?

Infinite loop bouncing between a disappearing text area and a disappearing keyboard.
