Received a call notification in Element Web way after the call was over

### Steps to reproduce

1. Friday: have a call with Florian in our DM room
2. Saturday: open a different Element Web instance
3. It notifies me that Florian is calling me

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

EW would know the call has finished

#### What happened instead?

EW thinks the call is about to start and plays the ringing sound and notification.
