Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. I opened Element Call in a browser, and clicked on a recent call.
2. I joined the call, and could see myself in the call but no audio/video streams were present. Other users were present and able to "talk" (halo effect worked)
3. The console was spewing thousands of errors about "InvalidKey: Decryption failed"

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

I'd expect a dialog, or other error presentation component telling me my password for the call was invalid and I am not able to join.

#### What happened instead?

I joined, but Element Call looked broken. Without looking at the console logs, I would assume the service was broken rather than my client.
