#### What would you like to do?
• Choose which participant to spotlight (pin a participant).
• Choose which order tiles are in.
• Kick a participant from the call.
(Include using participant avatar instead of a letter for easier differentiation).
#### How would you like to achieve it?
• 'Participants' list with pin and kick options.
• Drag and drop tiles into place.
• 'Kick' and 'pin' options in individual participant menu.
• Click participant to pin.
