No longer changes capture device when system default changes on Macos

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start a call on MacOS (I used chrome)
2. Select the default audio capture device in EC
3. Change the default audio capture device in macos system settings

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
EC to use the new default

#### What happened instead?
EC continued to use the old default and also show the old one as default when opening settings again

I thought this used to work so something may have changed?
