Allow disabeling requesting rageshake logs from other participants.

#### What would you like to do?
I would like to send a rageshake about a UX or other non technical issue without prompting others in the call that to also share their logs.
#### Why would you like to do it?
To give feedback to the product without annoying the others and to minizie the amount of logs that endup in the rageshake repository.
#### How would you like to achieve it?
A checkbox in the feedback tab that I can enable that says sth like: "Ask other participants to include their logs in the rageshake (This is the only way for the developers to debug and fix technical issues)"
