Deafen button

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
It would be great to have a deafen button, like in Discord. It allows to both mute the mic and mute the sound coming from the other interlocutors from the call.

#### Why would you like to do it?
It allows for quick response to unexpected interruptions without having to mess with the operating system sound mixer or muting the tab.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Having the button placed next to the "mute microphone" button. It is also important that all other interlocutors see who is "deafen".
