Mic / speaker test function

Check the audio device (speaker and microphone) for its proper function (especially before using it/ element call for the first time)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
if the app detects an audio device, which is not default/new/just pluged/ changed there should be the possibility to check if speaker and micro are okay.
It would be great if you can play a test tone/sound/awesome track and for the mic see at a level whether a sound is detected or not.
If you use the app for the first time or as a guest should be pointed out that this is useful for a good conversation. An option in the settings to switch to the new device if any is pluged or not would be great to.
