Adding keyboard shortcut for (Important) actions

#### What would you like to do?
Using my keyboard to switch layout between Spotlight and Grid. At the same time it would be interesting to review other actions which would benefit from a keyboard shortcut.

#### Why would you like to do it?
In case of recording where its nice to hide the controls I want to be able to switch Layout accordingly.
