[Feature Request] Volume Gate

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
An option to limit the Microphone Volume Gate, for example -6DB
Which would only activate the microphone if the Gate is reached.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Many of my friends do not have any systemwide noise filtering and have a lot of background noise and other noises that make the experience very unpleasable.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
In the settings, either Element or Element Call directly, a toggle with a slider that can be set to a decibel value, preferable with a volume preview.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Yes, on Linux Pipewire with RNoise and on Windows there is Equalizer APO.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for many non Power users.
