No way to zoom screenshares on mobile

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a call with a fullscreen screenshare on an iPhone (inside EX)
2. The screenshare is very small; impossble to read the screenshare
3. Pinch to zoom
4. No pinch to zoom available

Ability to pinch to zoom (or perhaps double-tap to zoom to fullscreen?) to be able to read screenshares.
