Move 'opened in another tab' view to its own screen

### Your use case

I think its currently an errorview, which means it has a big 'Error' at the top and, now, a button to send debug logs. It should probably have its own screen, or look less error-y in some way, because it's not an error, it's what's supposed to happen.
