Description
- As a moderator
- I want to be able to kick another user from the call
- So that I can remove disruptive users or those who should not be in the meeting
N.B. Until we have a more robust concept of closed rooms, waiting rooms, etc - this story may be a little pointless as they can simply rejoin.
