Description

### Your use case

Moving the display into spotlight mode when someone starts screensharing seems logical but it can feel disruptive if I prefer viewing in freedom mode and have set up a layout that I am happy with. It is even worse on calls where people are stopping and starting screensharing so I am pushed into spotlight mode multiple times.

Could we:
- Give users a prompt to accept whether they want to be moved into spotlight mode
- Allow them to remember this setting for the future (i.e. 'do not ask me again')
- Allow them to change this option from somewhere within the settings if they would like to
