Mobile Browser video local feed issues when the phone is doing a normal call while in the lobby.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
I am in a normal phone call on my android device and open the element-call website
3. What do you click?
I click on one of the recent calls at the bottom

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
A smoth video in the lobby view and the call.
#### What happened instead?
I only see frozen frame of myself but no video in the lobby preview. Restarting the call does not solve the issue. When joining the call I still have a frozen issue
