I would like for a choir to start singing one minute before the scheduled end of a meeting. It would start with a single note, quietly sung, crecendoing to an inescapably loud chord making further discussion increasingly difficult and completely impossible at ~3 minutes over time.

To encourage good meeting schedule discipline without relying on flawed humans.
