Hidden read receipts: show read receipts in long-press popup?

Similar to the View Reactions button, I would like it if there would be a View [Read] Receipts button to show the read markers, in the long-press menu (when long-pressing a message in the room timeline). This is useful when read receipts are set to hidden in the settings (and maybe the button could be shown only in this case).

Use case: I want to hide read markers since they clutter the timeline, but in some specific cases I do want to check whether (or by whom) a message I sent has been read.
