Icon badge never gets cleared

STR

1. Have the RiotX app on an android phone that's currently in standby.
2. Get someone to ping you in a room that you are in.

=> Notification appears on the phone.

3. Go into the RiotX app and look at the the notification.
3 (alternate). Read the notification on the desktop app.

=> The RiotX app icon shows a `1`

Expected Results

The icon badge on the RiotX app goes away.

Actual Results

The badge always stays at `1` and you have to clear it manually.
