Problem with message formatting after editing

### Steps to reproduce

1. I have been using the Element for several years now.
2. After writing a message with a person highlighted, when editing it, a link appears in the form HTML, but when finished editing it leaves that formatting as plain text.
3. This problem has already been around for many versions and I see that you are not fixing this problem.

I would like this problem to be fixed.
