On iOS and voice message length is 5m. On Desktop it's 15m. On Android it's 2m.

### Steps to reproduce
On iOS you can record 5m audios last half of the year or a year already. But that not working on Android. Also on Desktop it's 15m!

Steps to reproduce are very easy. Download latest android app and try to record audio til it's end. It will be 2 minutes. It's so strange that with the power of my friend's iPhone, he sending me 5m messages I have to send him 10 messages by 2 minutes. And also it's not so user friendly.
