deleted spam messages still are shown

### Steps to reproduce

There was spam in some channels with sexual and violent content (#element-android:matrix.org and #tchncs:tchncs.de were affected).

Although it was deleted by an admin before I checked the phone
- it was still in the notification bar (text only)
- and even worse: when I clicked on the notification the images still were visible for a moment in the element app although they already were deleted hours ago.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
You shouldn't see anything after it gets deleted by the admin.

#### What happened instead?
Sexual and violent content still popped up as image.
