Issue with Direct Account Creation on ElementX

We have encountered an issue regarding account creation and login functionality on ElementX. Logging in through ElementX works seamlessly when the account is created via Element; users can sign in to ElementX using their Matrix server without any problems. However, direct account creation on ElementX is not functioning as expected.
