Description
Related to #684. I have a low data cap (50MB/month) which is perfectly fine (I have access to Wi-Fi most of the time when I really need to go online and selectively disable data saver mode if Wi-Fi is not available and I can’t wait). However, RiotX keeps showing me notifications (and therefore using data) even when data saver is enabled. I actually went over my data cap because of this. I do have a warning set before that happens, but how good is that when you can’t prevent RiotX from using data?
