[Bug] Actions do not show user in "All Chats" view

### Steps to reproduce

I sent an action (`/me ...`) on PC to a room and ran Element on my phone to check messages.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
"User action" to be shown as the most recent event/message.

#### What happened instead?
The Android version didn't show the user that had performed the action, just "action" (as known in `/me ...` where ... is the action).

It should be fairly simple to fix this. Might even be nice to make any events/messages (too long?) ticker.
