Unable to reset element on new mobile phone

### Steps to reproduce

My mom got a new phone and i installed element on it. She did not have any backup or anything like that. When i write with her, i can see a red mark. She can see it to. So i tried to do a "factory reset" on element (its in german, so no idea how that is called in english) but its not working. The german error is "kann keine geheimnisse im speicher finden" which means something like "unable to find a secret in storage". I guess its bad translated from english to german, because that sentence does not really make sense.

a clean and solid reset of all keys with a re-generation of them

nothing, only that error and thats it
