Remote assets not completely downloaded

### Steps to reproduce

1. Select attach a video or image to a room (+ then bottom left button)
2. Select a video or image from a _**shared library**_ where the asset is **not** downloaded on the phone
3. Android can issue warning that "application not responding" if the asset is large and slow connection (maybe warrant a separate issue?)
4. Preview screen is displayed.

Only first part attached with the tail of video or bottom of image missing.
