Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. In a mobile browser (I use Fennec) open the following webpage: https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2022/01/25/using-a-matrix-bridge-with-libreoffice-irc-channels/

2. Click on the link that points to the "LibreOffice space": https://matrix.to/#/#libreoffice-space:matrix.org

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
I expect a pop that asks me if I want to join the "LibreOffice Space". By Pressing OK I join the space and the space is selected. By pressing Cancel I do not join the space. (Nothing else. **The Space should never open as a room!**)

#### What happened instead?
1. "LibreOffice Space" is **opened as a room** without privileges to send messages.
2. The Space is joined (without asking for confirmation)

Especially the first point ("opened as a room") is irritating users.
