Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Connect to a local network over WiFi.
2. Launch Element. Observe if it can connect to the server.
3. Switch connection to mobile data. Observe if it can connect to the server.
4. Force stop Element.
5. Launch Element again. Observe if it can connect to the server.
6. Enable WiFi tethering.
7. Connect to the WiFi network using a PC.
8. Launch Element Web on the PC. Observe if it can connect to the server.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Element connects to the server both via the local network and mobile data.
#### What happened instead?
Element connects to the server over the local network, but does not connect to it over mobile data, showing the error "Connectivity to the server has been lost". Restarting doesn't fix the issue. Element Web connects to the server over mobile data shared to the PC via tethering. The connection otherwise works.
