Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a video file with aspect ratio other to 16:9 or 9:16 (tested with 1:1) to non-e2e-encrypted channel with "Send video with the original size" not ticked.

2. Play the video on any other client or directly on the server.

Video has been cropped after compression, losing information.
