Uploading video of non-standard aspect ratio cause compression algorithm to fallback to 16:9 aspect ratio

### Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a video file with aspect ratio other to 16:9 or 9:16 (tested with 1:1) to non-e2e-encrypted channel with "Send video with the original size" not ticked.


2. Play the video on any other client or directly on the server.
