### Steps to reproduce
0. Send JPEG XL (.jxl) image
1. Open conversation from Android App
2. Long click on the attachment
3. Click save
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Save attachment to downloads directory.
#### What happened instead?
Unsupported MIME type image/jxl. Essentially can't download jxl files.
Note: this is different from adding support to JPEG XL which is [discussed here](https://github.com/vector-im/element-meta/discussions/2023).
