Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Settings -> Security & Privacy
2. See two sets of "Show All Sessions"
3. Click each one and see a slightly different UI. First one has a loading spinner, second one doesn't.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
See list of sessions immediately.
"Show All Sessions" has en_GB title capitalisation like "Show all sessions" so it matches all the other things in the list
#### What happened instead?
Then after 2-3 minutes, the session list loads and there is now only one "Show All Sessions" button
