Locking the phone locks the app despite the locking timer not being reached

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable app locking after a time frame `Settings>Security & Privacy>Protect Access> enable "Require Pin after 2 minutes"`
2. Without closing the app, lock the device
3. immediately unlock the device
4. observe that the app is locked despite the 2 minutes not being up.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

I expect that the timer would be followed despite the phone being locked

#### What happened instead?

The app gets locked immediately when the phone is locked
