RTE: text looses formatting while screen rotated

### Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on rich text editor.
2. Enable some RTE styles (bold, bullet list...)
3. Type styled text
4. Rotate screen
5. Style of already typed text is reset and style buttons are not selected.

Text style is kept.

#### What happened instead?
Text is reset to plain text.
