Voice Message icon does not follow keyboard animation

### Steps to reproduce

Open any chat on a new version of Android with a keyboard that supports the keyboard animation integrated with the app, then tap the chat bar or back button as to open/close the keyboard

### Outcome

The microphone button should follow the rest of the UI with the transition, but it instead snaps to the final points of the transition.
