Composer invisible

### Steps to reproduce

Sometimes my chats don't show the message composer. Normally closing the app fixes this.
Recently one of my chats stopped showing the messege composer permanently.
Even reinstalling Element did not fix this.

I have not edited power levels in this room and Element Desktop does show the message composer in this room.


I have tried to reply to a previous message and the empy space where the composer should be became larger.
So the composer is there, but invisible.
