Can't write in a Room with myself

### Steps to reproduce

I am using a chatroom with myself for notes.
At the beginning everything works, but now i noticed that there is no possibility to insert a new text.
It's like you have no write rights.

I experienced it first when i was helping another user and saw that the user has this problem.
2 days ago I wanted to use it and had the same problem.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Beeing able to write a message to myself

#### What happened instead?
You can write with Element Desktop but you aren't able to write with Element Android
(I have 2 Android devices, both have the same problem)

For Privacy Reasons i inserted a Screenshot from my other Matrix Account which runs under SchildiChat. Same Error is in the Element Android App with another account!
