Video seeking behaves strangely in some videos

### Steps to reproduce

1. Send or receive video
2. Open video
3. Seek within a certain section in the video

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
The player should continue from where I placed the cursor
#### What happened instead?
It automatically seeks back to a specific frame preceding that timestamp
