Description

When using UnifiedPush for push notifications, calls don't ring.

Setup:
- Element Android from F-Droid
- UnifiedPush with a self-hosted ntfy server

Steps to reproduce:
1. Close the Element app
2. Have someone try to call you
3. Observe nothing being shown on your device

This issue has not been assessed yet.
