### Steps to reproduce

Run Element Android Fdroid version and Google Play version.

Android is killing Element Android proces and element even with fdroid version with stable connection in background is killed and cant make a phone call in inactivity longer that 1 day, no notification.

Do we need to wait for Android 14 with proper background killing process or its possible to fix it like HomeAssistant have working perfect in background?

Even disabling battery adaptation and other like on dontkillmyapp guide website element its still closed in background.
