Empty Voice messages: voice messages sometimes do not work

Hi,
out of sudden nearly every second voice messages is not playable (on phone android or element client on windows, it does not matter).

This bug didn't appear few months ago. Something has changed since then.
Any idea how to fix this?

I update matrix as soon as possible if new updates are out.
