### Steps to reproduce
use element app and set language as a right to left one (mine is Persian).
try to emoji match with someone that has left to right set for interface language.
the emojis are show in different order (rtl and ltr).
this is way more pronounced when one device has space to show more emojis in one line (like landscape mode or in my case a tablet).
compare these two pictures to see the issue.

same order of emojis as they are pictures not letters.

order was reversed.
