Disatance sensor are still occupied in specific cases.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Make a voice call;
2. Make the call UI displayed on the screen;
3. Immediately switch to other apps;
4. Block the distance sensor.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
When I hold a call and switch to another app, don't turn off the screen because I accidentally touch the disatance sensor. Unless I return to the call UI.

#### What happened instead?
After switching to other apps, the screen is turned off after touching the distance sensor.

**If you click the arrow in the upper left corner of the call UI, or press the back key, go back to the timeline, and then switch to other apps, this problem will not occur.**
