Element randomly stops receiving new messages

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
I see my messages arriving. When I go see again a few hours later, I see no new messages.

2. What do you click?
If I force kill the app and relaunch it, I see all the messages from the past hours suddenly appearing.

I turned off the battery optimization for Element but it didn't change anything

Receiving messages on a reliable basis.

I only get my messages if I force kill the app on a regular basis and relaunch it.
