Docs for how to run and build the app?

Are there any docs on how to build and run the project from source?

The [readme](https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/tree/74adab06278321d85e92893cd035efb5e70d28ff) links to the [contributing doc](https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/blob/74adab06278321d85e92893cd035efb5e70d28ff/CONTRIBUTING.md) which doesn't say what to do as far as I can tell and the [developer onboarding doc](https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/blob/74adab06278321d85e92893cd035efb5e70d28ff/docs/_developer_onboarding.md#application) which sounds right but I also don't see the right information there.

Something like "Open x in Android Studio (version x.x.x) ..."

My goal is to run the app in the simulator.
