Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

I would like to have a clear indicator that Settings -> Security & Privacy -> "Secure Backup" is activated. Currently the an activated Secure Backup looks like this:

![element_screenshot_20230208-182331](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/44623983/217606768-9c940efa-45b7-4d04-bcd4-c30fe283ef0b.png)

Means: It is not clear if Secure Backup is active.

#### Why would you like to do it?

I would like to have a clear Secure Backup indication so that especially nonnon-technical users can tell me in remote support cases if Secure Backup is activate.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

A note "Secure Backup is enabled" similar to "Cross-Signing is enabled" with a green check mark symbol would be fine.
