During voice call, while "call connecting", play a tone indicating that it is not connected

#### What would you like to do?
While reconnecting a call due to bad signal, play a tone to non-visually indicate to the user that it is either reconnecting or disconnected.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Often times I will think the other person is being silent, when in reality the call is reconnecting (or attempting to do so)

#### How would you like to achieve it?
By playing an audio tone while reconnecting

### Have you considered any alternatives?

My alternative is to look at the screen, but if I would like to (for example) talk on the phone while I am driving, I am unable to look at the screen.
