Share Screen is not visible to recipient

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open element on android
2. Navigate to friend
3. Call friend
4. Click triple dot more button
5. Click "share screen"
6. Accept android dialogue
7. Notice that the screen share appears on the "camera preview" window
8. Ask friend if they see anything
9. Friend sees black screen

Screen sharing working

#### What happened instead?

Screen share works on broadcast device, but on viewer devices they see nothing.
